How do I get admitted to WOT-ISLT?
Admission is by invitation only. Nominees are selected and recommended by recognized leaders within WOT Ministries. You cannot apply directly — you must be nominated.
How long is the training program?
The program duration depends on your enrollment path. Pastoral and Deaconry Nominees undergo 9 months of training. Church Workers and Staff complete a 6-month program.
What does the curriculum cover?
The curriculum spans three progressive streams: Foundational (Vision, Doctrine, Spiritual Formation), Strategic Leadership (Administration, Replication), and Fieldwork & Execution (Ministry Practice, Projects, and Defense).
Is the training online or in-person?
WOT-ISLT uses a hybrid model with online coursework, live sessions via WOT Meet, and practical fieldwork requirements. Orientation and certain sessions are conducted live.
